Can you suggest a solution? signed, Salsa Problema Dear Salsa Problema, No problema! There are 2 types of salsa--fresh and cooked. To make a cooked salsa that will last a week or more, take 3 tomatoes, 3 dried chilis, cover with water and boil for 10 minutes. While the tomatoes are cooking, dice 1 onion, some cilantro and garlic. Place the tomatoes & chilis with some of the reserved cooking liquid into a blender and puree. Mix tomatoes with onion, garlic, and cilantro. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy! |
